I applied through my university, and the first step was an aptitude test with 25 questions.

A big chunk of it—around 60% by my guess—seemed to determine whether you cleared the test, so I treated it like the main gatekeeper.

After the aptitude screen, there were a technical interview and then an HR interview. The overall structure was typical, but the fact that everything depended on passing that first written test made it feel higher-stakes than it looked.

In the end I didn’t receive an offer. The difficulty was average, and my impression was that the process was less forgiving: if the aptitude filter didn’t land, the rest of the process might not matter as much.
