My path started with an early conversation that I understood to be with a manager and a technical lead—people who were aligned on the functional side and the practical side.

After that, if I was shortlisted, I would go into a face-to-face onsite.

The onsite, as they described it, wasn’t just about checking boxes. The plan was to discuss the work environment and the package in detail, with an emphasis on building trust and bonding with future teammates. Even though I didn’t have a full breakdown of every technical moment, the impression I took was that they structured the later stage around relationship-building as much as logistics.
