I went through a very quick, informal-sounding path that started with getting brought in on recommendation.

I arrived in the morning and waited a few minutes before the general director joined, but once the interview began the tone was relaxed and friendly.

The conversation stayed light in feel, and it didn’t come across as a heavy technical screening. It was more about meeting the decision-maker and fitting the role through the lens of how I came across during our discussion. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the overall vibe was easygoing and low-pressure compared to more structured hiring processes.
