I ended up in a process that started from the business side.

I was approached toward the end of a contract period, and the company needed someone for a security engineer role to join one of their customer teams. Before anything formal, there were a few calls with a sales engineer, and those conversations led directly into the recruitment portion itself.

The interaction pattern felt more like coordination between sales/client needs and staffing than a classic multi-round interview. I didn’t make it to an offer, but the overall experience was fairly business-driven, with the main signal being the immediate customer requirement.
