Indra Systems Engineer interview experience

MadridPosted May 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got contacted by email, and I noticed the logistics weren’t great because the company didn’t cover transport expenses to attend the interview.

The process itself was simple: first I met with the technical side of the company, and then I met with HR.

There weren’t health checks, and there wasn’t much room to negotiate salary—there also wasn’t mention of bonuses or similar extras. What made the experience stand out negatively to me was the pace: it felt slow, dragging between steps.

The difficulty was very easy from an interview-content perspective, but overall it didn’t feel smooth because of the travel cost and the lack of flexibility around compensation. I didn’t end up with an offer.
