Indra Software Engineer interview experience

I got an exercise based on pseudocode, and they told me right away whether I had passed that moment. There were only two people involved—one from HR and one from systems—and the conversation leaned into team-style problem solving with role-play elements so we could see how solutions emerged in a group.

Because it was so condensed, I never felt dragged through a long sequence. The difficulty felt very manageable for me, and the overall experience came across as friendly and efficient, even though I didn’t receive an offer.
