Indra Software Engineer interview experience

The final conditions didn’t match what I’d been told earlier, especially when later promotions came into the picture. Even the compensation details felt like they weren’t aligned with the understanding I had formed during the process.

It left me feeling like the real outcome depended heavily on the client end and the last interviews tied to that. So while the early rounds didn’t feel catastrophic, the overall experience ended with a mismatch that impacted how I saw the process in retrospect.
