My impression of the process was that it involved a lot of interviews and felt like a big, multi-step selection funnel to become a sales person.

Even though the approach at H&M elsewhere felt more down to earth, this one felt more intense and “over the top” compared with what I’d experienced before.

There wasn’t a detailed breakdown of each step in what I remember, but the key takeaway was the volume of interviewing. It felt like it took more effort and more time than I expected.

It didn’t end with an offer for me, and honestly it left me with the sense that the process design was the hardest part—more about scale than about a single clear challenge I could prepare for.
