Indeed Account Executive interview experience

First I had a phone interview with the recruiter. If they moved me forward, I then came in for in-person interviews, where I did three separate interviews with different managers.

The final step was a mock sales call interview. That made the last stage feel more performance-based than the earlier conversations, and it was definitely the point where the interview shifted into “show it” mode.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but I remember the experience as fairly straightforward: each round had a purpose, and the sequence didn’t feel like a maze.
