My process was spread across multiple rounds and took a full stretch of interviews: I went through a written exam on paper with six coding questions, then moved into an in-person technical discussion.

After that, I had a manager round followed by a second manager round, and finally HR.

Even though the structure was clear in terms of the order, it felt like a lot of time spent in interview mode, and there were several decision points along the way. When everything was done, the confirmation came quickly afterward—within a day of the interview—so at least the wrap-up speed was good. I didn’t receive an offer, and what I remember most was the sheer number of steps by the time I finally reached HR and the last conversation.
