Incedo Software Engineer interview experience

The first person seemed unprepared and didn’t ask interview questions with much clarity, and the next two were higher-level executives who didn’t really dig into hard technical topics.

What also stood out was the environment itself and staffing—where the location was supposed to be, it didn’t look properly staffed, and people I met didn’t seem local to that setup. The only concrete number I left with was a low offer around 70K in Silicon Valley. I didn’t accept and didn’t get the result I wanted; the experience felt more like a formality than a serious technical evaluation.
