BengaluruPosted May 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was called by the recruiter to discuss things at the Bangalore office, and I expected a normal multi-round flow.

The interview began well and the panel ended the conversation with a positive note, telling me to wait for another round.

But then everything flipped fast. After about ten minutes, HR walked up and said they had no suitable position for me. It felt really abrupt and confusing—like the process had moved forward long enough to reassure me, then stopped almost immediately.

I left without an opportunity, and what bothered me most wasn’t just the rejection—it was the mismatch between what the panel said and what HR delivered moments later.
