I had a pretty messy experience around the “yes, we’re moving forward” stage.

After two technical rounds in Noida, HR told me my interview was positive and that I’d hear back on Monday.

But once that point passed, I didn’t receive any call. Communication basically stalled, and I kept waiting without clarity on what was actually happening.

That left me feeling unsettled rather than defeated by the technical aspect, because the process had sounded like it was already decided—then the follow-through didn’t show up.
