Phoenix, AZPosted May 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got contacted by a recruiter about my application on LinkedIn, and I ended up going for a walk-in drive.

The recruiter reached out roughly ten days before, shared details about the position and location, and then I showed up for the interview.

The process was surprisingly compact—about three hours total. The first two rounds were technical, and the third round was with HR, which centered on salary and benefits. What stood out was that for candidates who were selected, they gave offers on the same day.

In the end, I received an offer quickly, and the speed of the decision-making actually impressed me. The whole experience moved fast, and I appreciated that there wasn’t a drawn-out waiting
