After clearing the full set of interviews, I still had to wait about a month just to receive an offer letter.

I remember finishing everything, including an in-person technical round, and then later getting told the position was on hold. The whole thing left me pretty disappointed, because it felt political more than practical.

Even though I’d gone through the steps and they’d already taken my details, they didn’t reimburse my travel costs. On top of that, at least one of the technical interviews was unpleasant—someone on the interview side came across rude and arrogant, and it seriously made the process feel harder than it needed to be.
