My interview process ended up taking a little longer than I expected because they rescheduled the interview three times before it actually happened.

Once I finally got in, it was a sequence of three rounds.

The first round was a virtual technical conversation. In the first 20–30 minutes, we talked through my projects and some scenario-type questions. After that, I was given a coding problem to solve, with time to work it out. Then I had to share my screen and walk through my code and the approach I was taking.

I didn’t receive an offer, but what stood out most was how much the logistics—those reschedules—affected the experience more than the technical difficulty itself.
