I got pulled into the process without it feeling immediate—the invitation came quite a while after I applied, and the timeline dragged enough that I started to assume I’d missed my window.

Eventually, I interviewed with a small group, and the questions leaned strongly toward how I handle situations. There was also room for basic economic or financial concepts, but the behavioral lens was what stood out most.

One thing I really appreciated was the feedback style during the conversation; after I answered some questions, they told me directly how they interpreted my response. That made the session feel more interactive than I expected. The overall process took time, and after the interview it took another stretch before I heard anything back.
