The process felt efficient with mutually agreed interview times and well-run sessions.

I had peer, management, and an executive interview, and everything was scheduled in a way that made it easy to focus on the conversations.

The only snag I remember was the background check, which took way longer than it seemed like it needed to. That part wasn’t something Illumio controlled, but it still extended the timeline.

I didn’t receive an offer in the end. Still, the experience during the actual interviews felt smooth and competently managed, which made the delay in the background check the main thing that detracted from the experience.
