I spoke with a team of three, and the interview felt friendly and collaborative from the start.

The format was a mix of technical and behavioral questions, with the team running through a series of prompts rather than sticking to a single theme.

I didn’t get the job because my technical background wasn’t what they were looking for. Even so, the tone stayed respectful, and they kept the conversation moving. It was one of those experiences where you can tell the team has a specific technical baseline in mind, and even if you do your best on the behavioral parts, the technical fit ends up being the deciding factor.
