Idfc First Bank Software Engineer interview experience

I applied through Naukri and got an email saying my profile was shortlisted for a Developer/Senior-Developer track.

The first interaction I had was a face-to-face interview. The process felt very straightforward on paper, but the actual assessment turned out to be tough.

I was thrown a hard coding question and it was paced in a way that put real pressure on me to keep up. I could feel myself getting constrained by the time and the situation, and I ended up getting rejected. After it was over, the main thing that stayed with me was how much the pressure shaped how I performed, not just the problem itself.
