United States2016 interview · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied online in October 2016, then got a phone interview scheduled for early December.

The call itself felt pleasant, and I remember talking with a current employee. After that, I was asked to come in for a final round interview in mid-January.

The final round was an all-day trip to the Fairfax office where I met people across different levels, from more junior staff up to senior employees. They even told the group of us interviewing that there were multiple positions open and that I should hear back within about two weeks. The early part of the experience was smooth, but then it turned into a long wait.

I never heard anything after that day. I sent individual thank-you
