Madison, WIPosted Mar 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a phone interview with the head of HR, followed by an in-person interview with my future manager.

The phone call was very much a getting-to-know-me conversation, focused on personality traits and how I came across.

The in-person round felt more straightforward and basic—nothing out of left field, and no major surprises. Overall, it was an easy, uncomplicated interview experience, but I still didn’t receive an offer afterward. The main thing I remember is how normal and direct the conversations felt from start to finish.
