United States2016 interview · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied online and then heard back in December 2016, but it was for the wrong level job—junior instead of mid level.

I was also out of the country when they called to set up a phone interview, so I couldn’t respond until mid January.

Once I was able to coordinate, I did a 30-minute phone conversation with their Senior Consultant. It mainly focused on my background and what my aspirations were. The recruiter followed up to tell me I’d made it through, and they said they’d call on Tuesday to schedule an in-person interview the following week.

That scheduling got messy. Tuesday passed without a call, I finally reached out timing-wise again, and after another delay I learned they weren’t moving forward
