I went through a campus-style pipeline where aptitude came first and every stage acted like an elimination.

The aptitude round was mostly standard questions, and after that I moved into technical screening that leaned heavily on arrays and other core programming fundamentals.

After the technical stage, HR was less about the usual technical depth and more about how I handled non-standard questions. The whole interview was part of a multi-day process for me, taking about three days to complete, which made it feel like a proper selection drive rather than a quick on-the-spot screening.

Across the experience, what stuck was how strongly they wanted candidates to be well-grounded in core coursework
