I got placed through a pool in a placement drive, and the whole process had four rounds.

First came an aptitude test, then a group discussion, followed by a technical round and finally an HR round.

Every round felt challenging but also exciting, mostly because each stage raised the bar from screening to discussion to technical depth and then HR evaluation.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience felt energizing—like they were looking for both communication and real technical capability rather than just one of those.
