My process started with a written AMCAT exam, then I did a group discussion where current-style topics were assigned.

After that, I went into the interview rounds: there were two technical conversations and one HR round.

The selection pressure was intense because they were very selective, picking only a small fraction from a limited pool. What I noticed most was that they focused more on my approach and how I handled problems than on giving perfectly exact answers.

It was genuinely difficult overall, and even though I didn’t end up with an offer, the experience still felt like a real test of confidence under scrutiny.
