My recruitment path ended up spanning multiple pieces: a technical round, a communication assessment, coding challenges, and a final interview.

Across those stages, I kept being evaluated on how I approached problems, how clearly I explained myself, my programming ability, and whether my overall profile fit what the role needed.

The format felt structured rather than random, and the emphasis was consistently on both execution and communication. I came away feeling like the process was designed to measure suitability end to end, even though it asked me to switch modes a few times—code, explain, then apply everything again in the final discussion.
