I went through computer-based IQ/EQ and essay-style work before meeting senior leadership for technical and HR conversations; overall it was difficult.

Computer-based assessments — I completed IQ and EQ tests on a computer along with an essay task.
Technical + non-technical interview — I then met the director engineering and an HR interviewer for technical and non-technical questions.
Analytical testing + HR — In a similar journey, I completed two computer-based tests (English and maths) plus an essay.
Director conversation — I later had a face-to-face conversation with the director that went well. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the combination of analytics/communication-style assessments and leadership
