Huron Consulting Group Business Analyst interview experience

The first three rounds felt genuinely positive, and by the time I reached the final round, I was expecting a continuation of that momentum. Instead, the last round really turned me off to the company.

Even though I had already flown out to Chicago and invested the time, the final stage made it clear that the fit wasn’t what I’d hoped for. I didn’t get an offer.

Looking back, the trip still taught me something important: how quickly an interview process can swing once you reach the stage where they’re deciding whether they’re aligned with you too, not just how you perform.
