Hudson River Trading Software Engineer interview experience

I had a phone interview and then a coding interview using a shared environment on CodePad.

The scheduling felt smooth: I picked time slots from a calendar, and the calls happened right on schedule.

The coding portion was straightforward in format—just me working through the problem in that same shared setup rather than a separate platform.

I didn’t get an offer, but the thing I remember most was the operational quality: it ran on time and the experience felt organized rather than chaotic.
