I had an online interview that split between behavioral and technical.

The behavioral part centered on leadership and teamwork, and the technical part was handled as a described problem: I had to build the solution on a shared coding pad while talking through what I was doing.

It felt more difficult than I expected because the technical work wasn’t just plug-and-play; I had to interpret the problem clearly and drive the solution interactively. I didn’t get an offer, but I appreciated that they were testing how I think and communicate in real time rather than only how fast I can code.
