I interviewed for an Account Executive role with an average-difficulty process that felt friendly overall but had some odd moments at the end, and I didn’t receive an offer.

Recruiter screen — A recruiter was helpful and guided me toward what to expect.
Hiring/team interviews — I met team members who seemed friendly, but the process also included slightly inappropriate questions near the end.
Follow-through — Despite the friendly vibe, I wasn’t selected. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that even a friendly team dynamic didn’t outweigh uncomfortable or misaligned questioning.
