San Francisco, CAPosted Oct 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role and made it to the second round in a structured multi-round flow that included exercises and collaboration checks.

Prospecting exercise — I was given a prospecting task to evaluate how I approached outbound and reasoning behind it.
Recruiter screening — I completed a recruiter interview.
Hiring manager exercise + chat — A further exercise and conversation with the hiring manager were planned after that.
Peer round — The process also included a round with two potential coworkers. Outcome: I didn’t reach the offer stage, and the takeaway was that the early stages were competency-focused through exercises.
