I interviewed for the Account Executive role with a fairly straightforward early structure and supportive interviewers, moving through behavioral questions and role-play style exercises.

Recruiter / connect-style call — I discussed my background and motivations with a recruiter.
Hiring manager call — I covered fit for the role and team.
Behavioral + prospecting role plays — I was asked behaviorally and then did role plays focused on connect/prospecting and deeper discovery.
Closing and demo preparation — I got questions about how I prepare for a demo and how I handle prospecting and closing deals. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that they assessed both mindset (behavioral) and practical execution (role plays).
