London, EnglandPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Account Executive role in a process that felt well-organized and supportive, with strong prep materials—though I still didn’t end up with an offer.

Initial screening — An in-house recruiter gave me transparent timelines and proactive feedback, setting clear expectations for what success looked like.
Behavioral interview — I answered background and behavioral questions, framed around the role and my approach to selling.
Presentation round — I prepared and delivered a 60-minute presentation (and in one instance, a scenario-based presentation) that required hours of prep.
Role-play / leadership behavioral — I completed multiple behavioral-style interviews with sales leadership and additional short rounds.
