My process moved quickly and felt mostly standardized: it started with an online aptitude-style step, then a short HR call, and then straight into an assessment centre.

The assessment centre took about three rounds and ran for roughly three hours, and it was organized with a batch of other candidates, which made the day feel busy but still familiar.

At the beginning, the online tests were the kind that didn’t require deep role expertise—more like reasoning and general ability. After that, I had a motivation/behavioural interview that was fairly brief compared to the later stage. The later assessment centre portion focused on technical and fit questions across multiple interviews, with several different people running the sessions back to back.
