Two interviewers started off by being genuinely nice, and then we moved into a resume walkthrough.

They focused on specific parts of my background that they recognized and drilled into niche ideas tied to finance and options, including how volatility would influence option pricing and what it means when a senior tranche has a certain maturity length. The interaction felt like a targeted technical conversation rather than a broad quiz, and it stayed grounded in what I’d already listed on my resume. I didn’t end up with an offer.
