My process was short and pretty low drama.

I did a single first-round conversation over Zoom that lasted about twenty minutes and didn’t include any technical questions at all. It was mostly behavioral, centered on hobbies and my background, and I had to walk through my resume as we discussed things like involvement on campus. I didn’t receive an offer, and the main thing that stuck with me was how different it felt from the more technical-heavy interviews I’d heard about elsewhere—this one was really about personality and fit rather than finance details.
