Los Angeles, CAPosted Jul 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The interview itself felt like a real conversation rather than a typical question-and-answer session.

It lasted over an hour, but it never dragged, which surprised me given how many companies usually squeeze things into a tight schedule.

The interviewer was very personable and the questions didn’t feel robotic. The discussion flowed naturally as they tried to get to know me, and I had room to talk through my background and interests without feeling trapped in a script. I remember walking out feeling like the interaction was genuine and thoughtful.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I left with a positive impression of how human the interview felt, especially compared to more formal processes
