I went through a pretty classic setup: two tech phone interviews, followed by an onsite that included more technical interviews.

The timing felt staged too—each of the first two rounds had a 45-minute window, while the final interview could run for hours.

Across the process, technical performance mattered most. The questions were described as leetcode-focused, and everything felt engineered to evaluate how I handled the coding problems rather than broader fit.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the experience had a clear rhythm: quick initial rounds to assess fundamentals, then a longer onsite where the real work and problem-solving time showed up.
