Toronto, ONPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a .NET Developer-related Software Engineer position with an HR screen followed by multiple technical conversations; the overall difficulty felt average.

HR screening (discussion) — basic questions about my background, skills, and experience relevant to the role.
Technical interview #1 — camera-off discussion covering fundamentals in C#, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.
Technical interview #2 — another camera-off session with largely overlapping topics and some repetition.
Technical panel discussion — a more formal technical discussion format to validate depth and consistency. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the technical part was solid but the final decision never worked out for me.
