I went through Hexaware’s mostly elimination-style process for the Software Engineer track, with a smooth but competitive pace across about a week.

Aptitude + technical assessment — an online evaluation with auto proctoring in some cases, covering aptitude plus basic technical/pseudocode-style questions.
Communication / GD round — a group discussion or communication test, with emphasis on listening and speaking; this was also treated as elimination.
Technical interview — a follow-up interview for shortlisted candidates, focused on programming basics and scenario/theory questions.
HR interview — basic behavioral fit questions (strengths, weaknesses, and sometimes relocation/situational prompts).
