I interviewed for the Hexaware Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) / Project Graduate Engineer Trainee (PGET) style track, and it was the hardest journey in this set: aptitude plus a competitive group discussion, then HR, with a timed coding test that needed everything to pass.

Aptitude (medium) — timed assessment — Quantitative, logical, verbal, pseudocode, and computer fundamentals.
Group discussion (GD) — A full batch setting with many participants and only a small number selected per batch.
HR interview (~20 minutes) — Behavioral questions around projects plus general HR topics.
Coding test (40 minutes, 2 questions) — Moderate to difficult; I had to pass both coding questions for the round to clear. Outcome: I did not move forward, and the biggest takeaway was that the GD cutoff and the “both tests must pass” rule were unforgiving.
