I was selected for the Graduate Engineer Trainee role, but I was eliminated during the training phase breakdown.

Communication-focused interview — My initial selection interview assessed communication only, with no technical evaluation.
Training phases (selection-to-elimination) — I moved into behavioral training first, but I was eliminated in that initial training phase without a clear reason.
Contrast in outcomes — Others who performed below me were still upgraded to the next phase. Outcome: I didn’t complete the path to an offer, and the takeaway was that selection in the interview didn’t guarantee training progression.
