My experience ended up feeling frustrating and unfair, mainly because the last round didn’t match the effort I’d already put in.

The managerial round got postponed multiple times, and the panel changed right at the end. When I finally sat for the new panel, they didn’t really engage with questions the way I expected—basic questions were asked and the discussion ended very quickly.

After a few days I got a rejection call with no further communication and no feedback. I couldn’t shake the feeling that the process had already decided things earlier, which made it one of the worst interview experiences I’d had—especially because I had cleared earlier rounds and was expecting a more meaningful final evaluation.
