My Hexaware journey was difficult less because of content and more because the process felt frustrating or unclear at the end.

Online application / early screening — I submitted the application after initial steps and expected the next interview stage.
Technical evaluation (when it happened) — coding/problem-solving questions and technical discussion, but my later wait overshadowed the technical part.
HR / final stage delay or unclear outcome — in one case I chased updates for weeks with no response; in another, I received a rejection without clear feedback. Outcome: I didn’t get the job, and the takeaway is that delays and lack of closure made the experience feel worse than the technical rounds
