I ran into a frustrating scheduling issue during my process, even though I had been told I was moving to later rounds.

Scheduling through a manpower firm — I was regularly followed up to attend a second round, and the interview time kept changing.
Expected panel meeting — I joined the session after postponements, but the Hexaware panel didn’t show up.
No clear closure — After waiting weeks, I was told later I was rejected when I contacted them for an update. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that communication gaps and delays can undermine an otherwise straightforward process.
