I interviewed for a fresher-style Graduate Engineer Trainee flow where I had to clear cutoffs in staged online rounds, then move to technical/HR, all with a structured progression.

Group discussion — The GD used simple topics and mostly acted as an elimination step; I was expected to communicate clearly.
Online assessment: aptitude (cutoff-based) — I took an aptitude section first; if I met the cutoff, I proceeded.
Online assessment: pseudocode/output + coding aptitude — Next came pseudocode/predict-output style questions, followed by easy-to-moderate coding.
Technical HR — I discussed core CS concepts (OOP like inheritance/polymorphism/encapsulation/abstraction) and implementation topics such as multithreading and exception handling.
