After applying, I first took a written test.

It was a 50-question set: half programming-related multiple choice questions and half aptitude questions. If I made it through that shortlist, the process moved into technical rounds, and later there was an HR round.

The technical part came next in sequence, and the whole flow felt fairly structured: test first, then interviews if I passed. In my case, the written stage was the biggest gate, and once I was shortlisted the rest of the process followed the expected order—technical rounds first, with HR after.
