I was pulled in through campus recruitment, and the process began with a written test.

It covered C and C++ programming plus an aptitude section. There were a lot of people in the initial pool—over eighty took the test, and only a small group, around the mid-teens, got shortlisted for interviews.

Once shortlisted, I moved into technical and HR interviews. The technical part was a mix of C/C++ fundamentals and basic quantitative-style questions, and the HR round was treated like a final step where they mostly used common conversational prompts and sometimes puzzles as well. The timing varied across interviewers depending on how things were going.

I ended up getting an offer.
